Hannah Hayes,

Attorney at Law

Hannah Hayes is a North Carolina native and a proud Tar Heel! After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Hannah attended Washington and Lee University School of Law on an academic scholarship. During law school, Hannah volunteered at the local domestic violence shelter and gained hands-on experience working at multiple prosecutors’ offices. After law school, Hannah returned home to North Carolina and worked as a domestic violence prosecutor in the Wayne County District Attorney’s Office. Although her work was fufilling, Hannah felt that she could better fight injustice on the other side of the aisle. Hannah now owns and operates her own law firm, where she and her team represent clients in both civil and legal actions.

In her free time, Hannah and her husband enjoy attending live music events, barbecuing, and snuggling on the couch with their three-legged rescue animals.

Client Testimonials

Hear from People We’ve Helped

"I hired HH Law on a case I had and I highly recommend her she was always straightforward honest with me and always kept me up to date on my case and always looked out for what was best for me I really appreciate all she did for me.!"

- Kendall H.

"Hanna is great as far as law. She is witty and she seems as if she is no nonsense, yet respectful. She will fight your case. Our family didn’t experience what we have with other lawyers in the area. They are quick to throw a plea deal to avoid actual work. You could be very innocent but if you have any type of record some view you as guilty and don’t want to take the time and defend you. From our experience, she will do her best to defend you. Thanks Hannah!"

- Nieyas M.

"If I could give them 10 stars I would. I'm kept upto date with any new info and have all my questions answered when needed, would absolutely recommend to anyone needing a lawyer that fights for you"

- Seth S.
